brown algae

This algae has been a problem for a while. Hard to get out brown algae on amazon swords and on the glass. i have a 72 gallon tank with two t5 bulbs at 54watts. I had four 54watt bulbs but now i only use two because the algae was worst before.

Co2: 4bps only during the daytime when lights are on.

Dosage: pps-pro method

should be dose everyday but i dont because of the heavy fish load.

Eheim Pro 2 filter

Also, i have good surface movement (not breaking the surface) , i do weekly water changes 30-50%, i have 4 ottos and like 50 small fish neons etc.

The tank is over a year old.
