pond filter

I PURCHASED A NEW pond filter and pump last year. It is a fishmate 2000 with a 1500 pump.
very happy with both.
With the pump u do not need a prefilter it has a cage around the filter, it runs for weeks before I have to clean the cage. very easy to maintain.
The filter has a back wash, which I run on my fig tree. Great nutrients.
It also has a uv built in, my water clear up in a couple of day when I start up my pond after the winter.
