Any idea what pump to use for phonsb an reactor 150. I was looking at hydor 160 pico?

pump reactor
 
any small pump will do about 200- 250 gph
just get an inline valve so u can adjust its flow
as it changes when it becomes clogged or dirty

My home Pump is not working well, the capacity of draining too much low ,Whats the reason of behind it?
Should I change the pump?
