Coral Problem

After doing well in the tank for quite a while I just lost a pulsing Xenia colony suddenly. Seems there was a temperature drop. Apex temp sensor was in the sump where its was about 2 degrees colder then the main tank. slight difference seems to have beat the Xenia particularly where all the others adapted. Has anyone else had that happen? Of course I moved the sensor to the tank now

yes xenia is very sensitive to steady water chemistry
I have had that happen over the year twice
it could be temp or wc with different salinity levels or what ever else
they like steady levels

I could not stop mine from spreading all over my thank for about 6 months I sold some to stores and at BAS auctions just to keep it from over running the tank. A water pump blew out in the tank releasing a white substance in the tank within two weeks I had a few stalks left. It has taken almost 2 years before it started to reproduce again but a lot slower this time.

I really enjoy this theme you've got going on in your web page. What is the name of the template by the way? I was thinking of using this style for the site.
