I have a 150 visa therm. The light is on but the glass tube is cold ; I'm looking to try another brand any suggestions?

how old is it
I actually like that brand
ithink they r all pretty much the same
but most heaters should be changed ever several years
it is bettter then coming home to a tank that is 100deg or 60

I called the company , they are replacing the heater no questions asked. Hooray for marine land 😱😎👍
