Ok back to aquarium talk ; I saw a white worm in one of my small tanks what would cause this worm to suddenly appear🐠🐠

What did it look like was it at night there's endless possibilities a picture would be best for a precise identification

Saw him in the day ; 3/16 long swimming along S shaped ; there is no food in the tank as there is no fish ; I just added a few shrimp two days ago the rest of tank is planted for two months I used dirt as 1st layer and sand as as the second 😎🐠😱⚓🌊

I'm no use I thought it was a reef or saltwater tank

if they are small tread like worms ,they are food worms. they are caused from overfeeding. But not harmfull don't worry
