The cold weather has pretty much annihilated my outdoor live food supply (mosquito larvae and bloodworms).
I'd like to start some indoor cultures of worms that can be raised in smallish containers of soil and would be enjoyed by juvenile dwarf cichlids. Something like grindal worms or white worms would be okay. I'm open to other suggestions or recommendations.

If anyone could share a bit of their worm supply, let me know.
