Question Used Flourescent Bulbs

I normally use Fluorescent Bulbs in my planted aquariums for one year and then I replace them. Needless to say I am accumulating a lot of old bulbs. What can I do with these bulbs other than discard them? Is there another use for them. Can they be used for another application or donated to someone who can use them?

These bulbs can be used on FO tanks without a problem.
