Talking GH/KH

The instructions in the API kit are not clear to me .It says to add drops 1at a time till one color turns to another color then they give you a scale in degrees 0-3 3-6 ect then the conversion in ppm but they do not say how to apply the # of drops to the scale???

from what i remember you keep adding 1 drop at a time untill it changes color.
the kit i have you multiple the number of drops by 20
every kit is different, but I am sure u count the drops and go from there

Bad answer😍😍you repeated what I posted ha but I know this is from German science , that s where the degrees come in and that # is multiply by a quotient and you get PARTS PER MILLION . I know how to add the drops and count them until the color changes, I guess I'll Utube it and let u no what i findThanks for the reply.

Ijust looked at a utube video and the drops are counted in degrees so if u use 2 drops and the h20 goes from blue to yellow that is 2 degrees or 16 ppm
