Default water changes

I would change 10% twice a month
and you can use ro water but do have to add salt to the proper salinity.

yes our water in ny is very low in tds
so you can get away without a ro
But you do not need to age the water just adj temp and declorinate.
then add salt
always adj temp first since this effects the salinity
