Question Mbuna Cichlids

I have an Mbuna tank but I'm worried because its only a 30 gal aquarium... How many could I stock in it?

Default Number of Mbuna in a 30 gallon tank.

According to Aquarium Advice, Big Sky Cichlids, and Cichlid-Forums, 4 maximum in a 30, unless they are very small like Pseudotropheus saulosi, which you can keep 8-10 of in a 30 and still have 2 colors as the males and females look very different. From my personal experience, I agree with the abovementioned references.
