Default Driftwood may help

Malaysian and African Driftwood contain tannins which soften water and lower the pH.

Default Good Stuff in Indian Almond Leaves

Almond leaves have flavonoids and saponines as well. They are used in Chinese herbal medicine to treat Plasmodium parasites and some bacterial infections. Tests have shown they work on Plasmodium and they may keep Betta eggs from fungusing.
